We continually invest in the latest CNC lathe machines & Vertical Machining Centres to produce Precision Machining parts. This enables us to offer:

• Components in sizes from 5.0 mm to 100mm diameter on CNC Lathes & components up to 1000 kg in weight with strokes of 510 x 405 x 410 mm on vertical machining centre.
• Materials including stainless steel, brass, aluminum and other alloys.
• The turning of components to a high tolerance and surface finish, so that no grinding operation is required.
• Quick response and short lead times, when time is of the essence.
• The manufacture of both small batch work, and large volume products.
• Prototyping of parts.
• Flexibility and expertise as a parts supplier.

Our Two Production facilities manned by a team of 75 trained professionals backed by the latest technology are geared up to meet any requirement. A captive land bank of 70,000 sq. ft. provides us the flexibility of scaling up our operations should the need arise. Currently we have the following equipment.
